With over 25 years of experience in basic and higher education, he holds a PhD in theology from University of Pretoria (2006). He is a Hebert Humphrey Fellow (2017-2018) at Penn State University, College of Education and George Mason University in Virginia; Visiting Research Fellow at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Harris S. Truman Research Institute; Cornell University, New York; Institute of Social Studies, Rotterdam University, the Hague. He is specialized in peacebuilding from Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia. He is the Rector of Eben-Ezer University of Minembwe, a founder of Inganji Roots and a founding member of BAIA. He is a professor of Theology, Conflict Management; Community Development and Anthropology with extensive scientific publications.
